If you're looking for a gorgeous spot for a photoshoot in Brisbane, then the Brisbane Botanic Gardens at Mt Cootha has to be a front runner. With beautiful lush gardens and a variety of different landscapes, you can get such a variety of backdrops from one shoot.

It can get quite busy, so we would recommend shooting at this location during the week when it's a bit quieter. Of course, as this as a public area, always make sure to be respectful to others and not hog the good spots for too long!

Earlier in October we did a mini photoshoot here with the incredible Brisbane photographer Melanie Hinds (@withthepeahes) for our Archy Camera Backpack. Some of our favourite locations within the gardens included the Tropical Display Dome, the cactus gardens, the fern garden, and the beautiful Japanese garden.
