Australia Shipping

Standard Shipping: 2-6 Business Days. $9.95 flat rate Australia wide.

Express Post: Express delivery within the Australia Post express postage network - $19.95

*Please note, Australia Post has advised that items sent to Western Australia may take up to an additional two weeks to be delivered due to rail network disruptions. We recommend these customers upgrade to express post to get their products in a timely manner.

Shipping Protection

Claim requirements & time frame

Claims for packages that are presumed lost by the courier, with a status other than “delivered,” must be submitted no earlier than 10 days after the last tracking updated and no later than 30 days from the last checkpoint for domestic and international shipments. 

For packages marked as “delivered” by the courier, claims must be submitted within 5 days from the recorded delivery date and time.

Incorrect address

If the customer provides the correct address at checkout but the package is delivered to an incorrect address, it will be considered lost, and we will replace the order if taz + tez Shipping Protection has been selected. Since this issue is caused by courier error, the customer will need to file a claim directly with the courier.

However, if the customer enters an incorrect address during checkout, taz + tez Shipping Protection will not cover the order.

Missing packages

Claims for packages marked as "delivered" but not received are treated as stolen and must be submitted within 5 days of the recorded delivery date.

Return to sender

In some cases, couriers are unable to deliver a package due to an invalid or undeliverable address provided by the customer or if the customer refuses delivery. Typically, the courier will return the package to taz + tez. Since the package is not actually lost, taz + tez Shipping Protection does not apply. If the package is not picked up from the courier's designated location and is returned to taz + tez, any reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

However, if the package is lost in transit while being returned to taz + tez, Shipping Protection will cover the order, subject to the applicable claim reporting timeframes.

  • All orders within Australia will be delivered via Australia post from Melbourne, VIC
  • We require signature on delivery to avoid lost or stolen goods
  • We can also deliver to a PO BOX

  • While taz + tez endeavours to get your order to you as fast as possible, the delivery times outlined above are approximate. We hope that deliveries can get to you at the earliest part of the window, however we cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances
  • Please note, we select signature on all shipments to avoid deliveries to incorrect locations or parcels going missing once delivered. If you decide to change the delivery instructions to 'leave in a safe place' via Australia Post, we are not responsible if something goes wrong with your delivery. Once your item has been shipped with Australia Post, unfortunately it is out of our hands. Thank you for your understanding.
