If it doesn't fit your gear, your money back.

We want your bag to work for your kit. If your bag doesn't fit your camera gear, you can return it for a full refund of the product price within 30 days of delivery.

How it works

• When your bag arrives, try your gear in it at home. Keep the tags on and the packaging handy while you test it.
• If it doesn't fit, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Tell us which bag you have and what gear you were trying to fit.
• We'll approve your return and send you our return address.
• Send the bag back with a tracked service and share the tracking number with us.
• Once we've received and checked the bag, we'll refund the product price to your original payment method.

To be eligible

• The bag must be in as-new condition: unused, unmarked, and free of scratches, scuffs, stains and odours.
• All tags, inserts, dividers, straps and original packaging must be included.
• Trying your gear in the bag at home is fine. Taking it out and about counts as used, and the bag won't be eligible.
• Return postage is at your cost, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• The Fit Promise covers one return per order.
