RETURNS

We offer returns and exchanges on all items within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Returned products must be in their original condition with all tags and original packaging. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return, and your refund will be minus the cost of original shipping.

If any imperfection or missing items is discovered upon receipt of the bag, please contact support here within the first 14-days for an exchange.

Please note:

Returns or exchanges must be sent back to taz + tez at the buyer’s cost. We will provide the shipping address when the return/exchange is approved. A tracking number must be provided for all returns or exchanges
taz + tez do not refund the original shipping cost of the order, or the cost to the buyer to return the order to taz + tez
If exchanging a product, taz + tez will issue the buyer with a store credit to the value of the order/product/s, minus shipping costs, to place a new order for the desired product
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item/s must be unused, and in the exact condition that you received it/them. Tags and packaging must be intact
Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned

As a small business, we do our best to post your orders ASAP. All orders will be shipped within two business days from our Melbourne warehouse. Our shipping partner is Australia Post.

Australia Shipping

Standard Shipping: 2-6 Business Days. $9.95 flat rate Australia wide.

Express Post: Express delivery within the Australia Post express postage network - $19.95

*Please note, Australia Post has advised that items sent to Western Australia may take up to an additional two weeks to be delivered due to rail network disruptions. We recommend these customers upgrade to express post to get their products in a timely manner.

Shipping Protection

Claim requirements & time frame

Claims for packages that are presumed lost by the courier, with a status other than “delivered,” must be submitted no earlier than 10 days after the last tracking updated and no later than 30 days from the last checkpoint for domestic and international shipments.

For packages marked as “delivered” by the courier, claims must be submitted within 5 days from the recorded delivery date and time.

Incorrect address

If the customer provides the correct address at checkout but the package is delivered to an incorrect address, it will be considered lost, and we will replace the order if taz + tez Shipping Protection has been selected. Since this issue is caused by courier error, the customer will need to file a claim directly with the courier.

However, if the customer enters an incorrect address during checkout, taz + tez Shipping Protection will not cover the order.

Missing packages

Claims for packages marked as "delivered" but not received are treated as stolen and must be submitted within 5 days of the recorded delivery date.

Return to sender

In some cases, couriers are unable to deliver a package due to an invalid or undeliverable address provided by the customer or if the customer refuses delivery. Typically, the courier will return the package to taz + tez. Since the package is not actually lost, taz + tez Shipping Protection does not apply. If the package is not picked up from the courier's designated location and is returned to taz + tez, any reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

However, if the package is lost in transit while being returned to taz + tez, Shipping Protection will cover the order, subject to the applicable claim reporting timeframes.

Other Shipping Info

All orders within Australia will be delivered via Australia post from Melbourne, VIC.
We require signature on delivery to avoid lost or stolen goods.
We can also deliver to a PO BOX.
Some countries may charge customs clearance charges - you will need to check with your local customs to ask whether your order will attract additional charges.
We cannot be responsible for reimbursing any additional costs charged on delivery of an order.

While taz + tez endeavours to get your order to you as fast as possible, the delivery times outlined above are approximate. We hope that deliveries can get to you at the earliest part of the window, however we cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.
Please note, we select signature on all shipments to avoid deliveries to incorrect locations or parcels going missing once delivered. If you decide to change the delivery instructions to 'leave in a safe place' via Australia Post, we are not responsible if something goes wrong with your delivery. Perfect for a compact or MFT camera

Camera strap arrived within a few days of order, leather looks and feels great and is well made, would recommend for a smaller compact or micro4thirds camera as quick release lugs probably not the best for larger cameras or D-SLRs. In addition to this the leather has a nice soft texture and I assume that this would rest comfortably across your neck or shoulder without the need for additional padding - a great first effort from this team !

Love my camera strap!

Honestly love the camera strap it comes in handy! It’s always worth it paying the extra dollar when it comes to camera straps because I bought a cheaper one from temu and it nearly dropped my 5k camera lmao. Lesson learnt threw it away cause that experience traumatised me financially lol so I decided to not make that mistake again and just pay extra for a camera strap that’s going to last forever that’s made out of leather and holds my camera securely. It’s nice and long enough for me. I even tested it by strapping my camera to it shaking the strap on top of my bed to test its strength and safe to say no regrets. Highly recommend for any photographer!
