Shipping

How long will it take to get my order?

Within Australia, standard orders take 2-6 business days for delivery. Our shipping partner is Australia Post. For more info about shipping, visit our shipping page here.

What if I miss delivery?

If your tracking is marked as 'attempted delivery', you must contact your countries delivery service immediately to arrange redelivery. Failure to do so may result in your order being sent back to us.

If your order is returned to us, we will process your refund minus any shipping fees. If you received free shipping on your order, we will deduct the cost incurred for the parcel to be returned to our warehouse.

Do you accept returns?

How do I make a return?

Will I have to pay any additional duty or taxes on my order?

Some countries may charge customs clearance charges - you will need to check with your local customs to ask whether your order will attract additional charges. We are not responsible for reimbursing any additional costs charged on delivery of an order.

Australian, New Zealand, or US orders (under $800) will not incur any additional duty or taxes.

What happens if I refuse an international delivery?

If you refuse an international delivery (due to taxes or other reasons) your order will be sent back to us, and you will be issued a refund minus any shipping fees. Please note, if you received free shipping on your order, we will deduct the cost incurred for the parcel to be returned to our warehouse.

If we need to cover taxes and duties to retrieve a refused parcel on your behalf, this amount will also be deducted from your total refund.

Product Info

What materials are your bags made from?

Our bags are crafted from premium PETA approved Vegan Leather with customised hardware and a wipeable polyster inner.

What is the difference between Vegan Leather and genuine leather?

We choose to use Vegan Leather for our camera bags for a couple of reasons. First and foremost is for the ethical reason that no animals are harmed in the making of our products. Secondly, Vegan Leather is much lighter than genuine leather. We know how heavy camera equipment can be, and wanted to make the bags as light as possible for your comfort. Lastly was price. We aspire to make luxury, high quality goods that are as affordable as possible. If made from genuine leather, we would have to charge at least double the price.

Not all vegan leather is made equal - in other words, you pay for what you get. The vegan leather that we use for our bags is the highest quality pebbled vegan leather, which is more expensive but is worth it as it will stand the test of time. 

We are sure you'll love our range, but if you are uncertain we do offer 14-day returns if you aren't in love with your bag when it arrives.

How do I care for my bag?

We recommend cleaning your t+t bag with a soft, warm and soapy cloth. Do not fully submerge in water or put through the wash - this may result in an unfavorable variation to the surface of the fabric, lessening the beauty and the shine of it.

Washing will also cause the interfacing (stabilizing structure of the bag) to break down resulting in a lessening of the stiffness of the structure of the bag.

The lining of the bag can be spot cleaned with a damp cloth, then air dried flat.

Do you have to treat/oil the bags?

No, as our bags are made from Vegan Leather and not genuine leather they do not have to be treated or oiled. This is another benefit of Vegan Leather - it requires less maintenance and upkeep than genuine leather.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, we offer a 100% manufactures guarantee for 12 months from the date of purchase. For more info visit our warranty page.

Preorders

What is a preorder?

We will put products up for preorder when the item is out of stock in our warehouse, but the next shipment is on it's way. This means there will be a delay between when you purchase and when the product is shipped, but we will keep you updated on shipping times.

By preordering, you secure your product ahead of time, and won't miss out once the product is in stock - as many of our products sell out!

What if my order contains some preorder products and some in stock products?

If your order contains both preorder and in stock products, we will ship your order altogether once the preordered product arrives.

How will I know when my preorder is shipping?

We will provide an estimated shipping date on the product page when you place your order, and will notify you via email if there are any changes to this date. We will send you an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Can I express post my preorder?

If you pay for express postage on a preorder item, your order will be shipped via express post once the product arrives in our warehouse.

Discounts

Can I have a discount?

We price our bags as fairly as possible from the start, so we don’t run frequent sales or discounts. This approach allows us to maintain high quality and craftsmanship without marking prices up only to discount them later. Additionally, we regularly offer free shipping as a way to give back to our customers, though we absorb that cost ourselves.

Do you have sales?

Sales at taz + tez are rare because we believe in pricing our bags fairly from the beginning - we don't mark up prices just to run discounts later! Our goal is for customers to feel confident making a purchase any time of year.
